On the last day before claims were disallowed (28th August) I filled out the form on the website of the bank I had my mortgage with, on the offchance I had had PPI that I didn't know about. I have heard nothing since - has anyone else heard back about this from their bank after a similarly long time, or should I forget about hearing from them?

Like you I applied on the off chance I had PPI and on the last day too.
But I have had an acknowledgement from my bank stating they have been swamped with applications and it will take time.

Thanks, Sharon. I knew they'd been swamped in the last few days before the cut-off, but thought they might have given me an update. I'm not holding my breath.....
