What Do I Do At My Job?

I was hired as the Stock Lead back in November and was told that I would have my own team, be in charge of the stock room, etc. Lately, I'm only getting less than 10 hours per week and I come in, do shipment, go home. I feel like a glorified stock associate. I have no leadership responsibilities and feel like I'm not doing what I was hired for. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do?

No, the US. I can get the job details and what my duties are. What would I do? Talk with HR? I don't feel comfortable talking with my store manager. Ever since we got a new I ne, I haven't been able to do anything im supposed to do.
This is a UK site so it will be difficult for you to get relevant advice regarding US employment law.

However, your line manager is the first person you need to talk - it is never a good idea to go over the head of your immediate boss unless you are complaining about him (or her). Have a copy of the job description with you.
Are you being paid the rate of a stock lead which is what your employer as.
If your doing only 10 hours now and weeding more it sounds like a variable/zero hours type deal
