If An Energy Company Says That All Electricity Supply Is 100% Renewable, Why Is It Still So Expensive?

They are not burning expensive fossil fuel for generation so I assume it's wind, which is free.

"Our new upgrade is the most transparent way to buy green power. Here’s how it works. For every drop of electricity our Greener Energy customers use at home, we buy the same amount of green power from our community.
To do this, we use something called Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). We love them because they tell us exactly where the electricity we buy comes from. No woolly stuff"
Of course the Green Energy Tariff is more expensive and people who choose to pay it still get their electricity from the same substations as those who don't
