Yeah, Doug, but the cow has got a cut leg! Has the Home Secretary become a bit woke and vegan? Cows are slaughtered every day in their thousands and chickens in their millions. Everything is a bit confusing. Is the HS sticking up for animal rights?

And only last week, at the Apppleby Fair in Cumbria, there were over 400 instances of mis-treatment of horses and donkeys, according to the RSPCA. Haven't got a link but twas on BBC Look North West. One cow can make a difference Michael!

If had been here in Wales they would have tasered it. Sort of like a mobile barbecue delivery on hooves. Mooo. 🥩🐄🐂

Last time there was a Bull running amok here they shot it.  It stopped running.

Hitting it with a car sounds like something two drunk teenage boys would come up with.

I wonder what sort of car it was. If they were not carbon neutral there will be hell to play on the interwatsit. If it was electric will the driver be charged with battery?

A Morris Cowley Bullnose.

Seemed a bit unnecessary. Get the farmer to put a noose on it.

It's an issue because of who mistreated it. Individuals get done for animal abuse, but you don't expect it from lawmen driving a car at it.
