All of the banks charge about the same amount and having seen thousands of people's charges I've become a little immune to it all.
Every now and again I have a moment of enlightenment when I'm disgusted by how much the banks charge.
Then again, it still doesn't prompt some people to get their finger out and actually look after their accounts! If I was charged even a fiver, I'd watch my account like a hawk to make sure it didn't happen again (but then, I am Scottish).
