If you didn't you accept the offer I think you can still do so - just send the form in now. Check with the Registrar.
I don't know if they will ultimately just send a cheque anyway - it's possible but I'd doubt it.
Thanks for that. I'd heard it was the 6th but as I hadn't received anything I thought I'd check.
These particular ones were from a PEP & an ISA so I "accepted" via the provider rather than the direct offer. I've still to send my certificate - had to get a duplicate first (never received original), but wanted to wait 'til I knew how much the PEP/ISA ones amounted to, to avoid CGT. Guess I'll have to ring - someone ...
