Hi all.

I have a stamp collection from my youth which I would like to get valued. Can anyone recommend either any companies in the West Midlands that will give me a valuation or an online resource which could help me to it myself?

There's several dealers listed in Yellow Pages one of whom specifically says he does free evaluations:

Birmingham Stamp Auctions - 01885 488871. Only a PO Box address is given

Be prepared for a nasty shock over the difference between what it would cost to replace and what you'd get selling it.

where did you get them from? my sister joined a club as a kid and they sent her hundreds of stamps - but they were all copies, so a nice set but worthless
