Having trouble finding a cheap car insurance quote for someone with a conviction in the last 5 years. Can anyone reccommend a car insurers that maybe able to help us? The car is only worth �100 and he is a new driver

Sorry can you clarify .. .he is a new driver and yet has a conviction in the last five years ???

He had a conviction when he was 17, he is now 20. He is a new driver. The cheapest quote we have is �1,515.25

Have you tried www.confused.com ? They search through almost every company which saves loads of time.

RAC insure do the same thing .. they got my friend a reasonable quote after a conviction but she was not quite so young ...
