The 2nd employer will give you the tax code of BR which is 22% tax on everything you earn with just the 2nd job. If you've paid too much tax at the end of the tax year - you will be notified by Revenue & Customs be credited it back.
So in short on the 2nd job wages you pay 22pence for every pound earnt.

you will also be liable to National Insurance Contributions on the 2nd job - if you earn more than 97 a week. The rate is 11% on earnings over the 97 per week - falling to 1% on weekly earnings over 645. If your current earnings already take you over the higher limit, you should apply to HMRC for deferment of contributions on your 2nd job, and the amount due will be calculated at the end of the tax year. In any case, there is an annual maximum amount that is due at the 11% rate, and if you pay too much, you can claim a refund at the end of the year.
