Matrimonial Notice
1 Answers
Does the matrimonial notice have an expiry date or is it infinite. If a person, i.e female divorcee, puts it on to stop her becoming destitute to look after her child, and the child then reaches say 16 or 18 does it carry on forever?
Advice please.

This means it remains valid until removed - either by the person who asked for the notice to be placed requesting its removal, or if it is removed following Court approval of a divorce settlement.
