Buying a property in Bulgaria

Anyone know a reliable website where I can start researching about buying a property in bulgaria.

I'm looking just for a studio flat (new build, maybe, in a developing resort) in a ski resort that I can rent out to skier/snowboarders in Winter and (potentially) golfers/walkers (maybe) in Summer and I want to start researching the legalities of it all.

Any advice gatefully received.

Its awful over there, nice scenary - but dead wild dogs all over the roads everywhere you go. Property is really cheap over there at the minute, and I've heard it's an up an coming development area. I've not heard of a good website, but I have known people who have travelled over there for a week to look for properties. So if you are really serious about it, its better to go over.

I've been over skiing myself before - not to look at properties - but before I decide to buy something I want to have the knowledge of legal stuff to do with buying, maintaining and renting out property, because there's no point travelling over there to find the perfect property if it's just not going to be do-able or cost efficient from the UK.
