dodgy drive

I had my drive concreted. There were 2 men.. as i hav long drive and i also had some lawn in front garden removed.. so i can park my car. The men odered 3 lots of ready mix concrete all at once. As there were only two f them it took all aternoon and all evening to lay the drive. Some of concrete had started to set before they could finish the job.. The part where the mix had set is very rough. they also left some uneven surface which they came back following day to finish..as the finish mix was bought from local builders yard.. the mix was a lot darker then the ready mix..that is when i told the workmen not to make things worse as the two finishes looked completely different. They had mixed the darker mix on top of the lighter mix in the front. That looked horrendous. I took advise from Trading Standards. They advised i should write to the workmen.. I sent two letters. Nor eply to any. Even Trading Standards wrote to the main man but no answer. Trading Standards advised to go to small claims Court.That will cost me at least �80.00 . Then it is possible that i may not half money back which is what i am asking for.

My question is is there anything i can do?
