Then contact Vanquis Bank, This is part of Provident Personal Credit who provide loans to just about anyone and is repaid by agents calling at your home, so they take on high risks but at a higher rate of interest - beggars cannot be choosers - no matters what the high-and-mighty on here will say. I was, and still am a very high risk from fifteen years ago but obtained a card with a 500 limit three years ago and now have 3250 limit at 24.27%. Whilst high, this rate is still lower that BarclayCard, Monument (owned by Barclays) and CitiCards. Hope this helps.
i agree with man in black, dont listen to the "high and mighty" on here,
sometimes being a high risk is no fault of your own, i for example was left with 25 thousand pound worth of debt ten years ago by my ex husband,no fault of my own. i have worked full time since my kids were little to repay this debt and ten years on own my own buisness and earn a substanial amount a year but still can not get a loan or credit card even though i am more than financially able to cope with the repayments.
do what man in black suggests and pay a higher rate of interest to get your credit rating back on track,
good luck!

Have you thought about a Pay As You Go MasterCard? There are no credit checks required.
