....ok, so admittidly I was a little drunk when the thought popped into my little brain, however, I believe i'm on to a winner!! I have an idea and I think the Americans would love it and embrace it as a new fad.....but it would cost millions to develop?! Firstly how do you register an idea as your own and secondly where can you go to get financial help for new hair-brain projects.....? Cheers.

You will have to patent your idea, cant sort out a link but cut and paste this and you may get some advice!

If you wantto sell to Americans you'd want to patent it at the US patent office:

I've just had a patent through from them that I filed in 2001 so don't hold your breath.
