On the back of a prescription

It says to tick the boxes if your entitled to free prescription, and one of the choices is - if you get NHS Tax credits, is this working tax credit? Am I entitled to free prescription?

I never get prescriptions for myself, so I ticked it today and got a prescription for myself, but because the pharmacist asked me twice did I pay for my prescriptions, I am now starting to really doubt that I am meant to get this free, and now I feel really guilty and feel like I stole my prescription.

You are not entitled to free prescriptions. If you were you would automatically have one of these:
