Withdrawing money

I opened a Natwest account 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my pin number for my debit card. My salary has been paid into this new account, and I need the money! Can I withdraw money at a Natwest branch if I take id?

Just fill in a withdrawel slip and pass it over with your card.My bank doesn`t ask for ID but some might.

I think you have to activate the card in branch anyway, but I may be wrong.

My bf's son opened an account with them last week and he has to wait for his card then take the card to the branch to activate his account, like Kathyan said. However his is an under 16's account so not sure if that makes a diffierence?
