asked for cash back in local supermarket.On my till reciept charged but the cashier never gave me my money how do I stand????

Go to customer services and explain what happened. The till would have been out at the end of the day, assuming the cashier didn't make too many other mistakes.

Some shops ask you to sign to say you received it - does yours and did they?

You stand a chance of getting your money - on the other hand they are entitled to say no, you left the shop, it's too late.

Check your money next time dude! Or else try and steal goods to the equivalent of what you were ripped off!
