HI I currently live in germany but desperatley need to get a loan on my property which i rent out in england, i have tried german companies who say they cannot help as the house is not in germany, and english companies who say because i do not live at the residence i am not eligible, does any one know any company which could help me sort this out??

There should be no issue with you getting a buy to let mortgage from ANY UK lender. Any EU citizen should be treated the same way anywhere inside the EU. There are lenders that specifically advertise that they cater for foreign nationals such as Irish Permanent ot Capital Home Loans. You should also find the Freedom Lending and Bank of Scotland will help.
