Do you know if you can set up a paypal account with a basic "cash only" bank account (no cheque books, no debit cards etc)

I have a Lloyds TSB cash account and need to set up a paypal acc.

Whilst I have never done it, the paypal website states:

"Pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or your PayPal balance. From your computer or mobile phone. The choice is yours."

So I would assume that yes you can - I would suggest that it might take longer than a credit card transaction though.
