I live in the south east of England where i cannot afford to buy a property. I currently rent. I am interested in buying a property in South Wales and using it at weekends/holidays. I do not intend to rent it out. My primary residence therefore will be the property I am renting in the south of England. What will my liabilities be for council tax?
