ps3 wireless online help

which is a suitable wireless router for ps3 and how is it set up with regard to my pc which is broadband,had a look in argos cat at belkin 300mbps router for �130,would this do.is the router installed at the pc or the ps3 with ehernet cable help!!!!!!!!!!!need to play warhawk

Just get yourself a broadband router (make sure it has a built in hub) and connect up both the PC and PS3 with ethernet cables. Wired connections are so much easier to setup, far more reliable and faster than wireless.
Don't bother with wireless unless you want it for a laptop or PSP. And unless you secure it properly it can provide a way for people to leech your bandwidth.
I use a Netgear DG834 (includes wireless) which half the cost of the one you've found and that's even at PC World. Both my PC and PS3 run through it.

First scrap you one from argos if you want to go wireless get a wireless hub connect it to yuor pc via ethernet cable the install it and so on. then go to its settings and wack in the MAC address of your PS3 and what ever you want to send internet to then put like allow connection only to these or broadcast to allowed senders. then go to your PS3 and go to netwrok and go internet connection and then type in the IP address the HUB gave you and so on and there you go
