Hello again, the other day I withdrew 30 quid from a hole in wall a couple of days ago. On checking my bank statement I have been charged 1.99 for doing so BUT the machine never told me that I would be charged for using the service.
Does an ATM have to tell you that you will be charged for making transactions?
Thanks
