cash point fraud cloning of card

My husband was a victim of card cloning back in September we reported it to our local branch completed the necessary form and signed them, they sent us another form approx a fortnight ago but still no news as to wheterh we are going to get money back it was �360.00 so not PEANUTS!!! Has anyone else been in this situation and do athey know how long it takes to get money back!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Thank you both for your comments this has been a bit of saga - although it was my husbands card I went into the branch as soon as I realised the money had gone so I completed the forms and signed it- didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks so phoned up several times until eventually they resent the forms for both me and my husband to sign we sent these back a fortnight ago- just called them now and they say they didnt received the form back!! now they are going to resend them and should get the money back in my account as soon as the form has been faxed back to them.....keep your fingers crossed for me btw its LLOYDS TSB!
good luck!! it should be ok now, just ring to make sure they have received the form, it's a real hassle isn't it? mine was barclays, they were very good ,the lady told me that most of the time cards are cloned at supermarket or petrol stations as they are used the most, I'm very nervous about using cashpoints now, like i say it's a pain in the @rse!!
