i reside in india. i bought house on myself & my wife's name. As that time house was under construction we were leaving in rented house.but due to personal differences i left that rented house few months back as we want to live seprate and want divorce. My wife wife file all sort of cases on me and want money . Now my new house is ready to move, i am too worried to take possesion as then she will come there and start leaving there too. please advice how i will take her name out from that property as i am the one who paid intial depoist and monthly installments.
