Divorce Papers

Has anyone filled in divorce papers without the help of a solicitor? My partner is, at last, filling these papers in and Im just getting a little confused with the latter parts of the forms.

When it comes to the ANCILLARY RELIEF does anyone know how you fill this in. Both my partner and his ex have a mutual agreement between themselves with regards to the children (maintenance) and a house they own together (all paid off) - she will sell once their youngest becomes of age ..... there is nothing hostile here so putting demands in writing would be of no benefit.

If they have a mutual agreement on stuff and trust each other not to break it then do you fill this section in??

I was in a similar position to you, I didn't fill this part in as it didn't seem relevant. My children have since grown and all has been resolved with no problems. I guess it may depend on how much you trust your ex but the sub-paragraphs are quite specific and if none apply than ignore it.
