Hi, im thinking of getting a savings account, as i have a new job and will have a little left each month I want to put into a savings account.

Which is the best one? Do i have to go for one my bank offers?
Im a little confused at the moment and need some help!

You can choose any institution to open an account with - not just your own bank.

But the best type of account will depend on what tpye of taxpayer you are. Didfferent types of savings are better for non-taxpayers, basic rate taxpayers and top rate taxpayers.
