Does anyone know how much inheritance tax/death duties have to be paid when you are left a house to the value of 165000 if any????

If the total value of the estate (including the house) comes to more than �263,000, tax at the rate of 40% must be paid on the amount above �263,000 before probate will be granted. If less than �263,000 no tax is levied.
