re my previous query i have written and phones bham city council to state i am liable person for the fine not my sister and i am willing to pay what i need to they have not replied to my letters and when i speak to them they state it's being dealt with..i don't understand i have not received any correspondance to acknowlege this ...they were sending letters addressed to me at the wrong address this is my argument....if i had received the parking ticket i would have paid it immediately....what am i doing wrong ...i don't want action taken against me in 6 months time when i am trying to sort this out please advise.

Drive to bham city official office and pay the debt in person. This will stop any future action. GOOD LUCK!!!
