I have accepted a loan from Advantage Loans about three weekks ago and sent in a Postal Order payment of �49.50 as they requested. Since then i have not had a response and have been trying to get through to someone from their office on their 'customer service' line 08700466433 . However on this number an automated male voice constantly advises that they are experiencing high call volumes and then cuts you off after putting you on hold for a minute or so. I have been calling them for little over a week now with no luck. Can you please advise me as to whether this is a legitimate company as I understand after searching the internet that I am not the only person expressing concern over this company.
