Can anyone help? I paid in advance for a course of acupuncture but I am unhappy with both the treatment and the conditions in which it is done. I have had 2 treatments with another 3 to go. Would I be able to get my money back for the 3 treatments as its over �100.

Was the �100 the cost of 5 treatments?

The therapist is probably a member of a recognised body ... so ask for your momey back and IF NECESSARY and they refuse - tell them you will appraoch their professional body instead. Should work.

Hi, the �100 is for the 3 remaining treatments, I just wanted my money back for those and not the 2 treatments I have had already.
