Card Cloning

My debit card was cloned and a lot of money taken from my account . I have filed a report with the police and will have an appointment with my bank in the next two days to lodge a Fraudulent Claim Form. What are my chances of getting the money back?

Very high - you should not have a problem long term - make sure you get a copy of your credit file from experian and equifax.

Our buisness bank account was targeted on the internet, and quite alot of money spent on someone else's wedding, the bank were very sympathetic and we had the money back within about 4 weeks of filling in a dispute form, so I'd say your chances wre pretty high. Em
