Hello,
Do credit agreements have to be signed by the company who you are obtaining the credit with, i had a loan in 2006 where the company had signed the agreement but a new agreement I have from them is not signed by them. What does this mean?? Thanks

No, I doubt you can use this agument to avoid paying the debt. No doubt some company will tell you that for a small up front fee they may be able to get the debts written off, but in reality it is very unlikely that the loan agreement doesn't comply with the CCA.
There's plenty of info on this topic on the web.
Good luck!
Just to clarify, I think you need to seek avice on this from someone respected in this area- maybe Barmaid. There are some companies out there who will take you for a ride and there is also of misinformation going about on this topic so you'll need to treat answers/advice with caution.
