how to register a new business

Hi all,ive got a small business but would like to start up another business as the first is running smoothly without me,its been 7 years since i started up the first one so i cant remember how i did it,how do i go about it,what forms and stuff do i need.

You need to register it with Companies House. Can't remember the forms but you have to fill in one for the Director and one for the company secretary.
