How do I find out what a shop and property sold for

I need to know how much Chips Unltd., Middlesex Road, Brinnington, Stockport, Cheshire, recently changed hands for, as an interested party. The shop and freehold was owned by Alan H Ford.

Is Zoopla.co.uk any help with business sales? I'm not sure but may be worth a try.

You cannot find out how much the business sold for - it is a private matter between the buyer and the seller (for a non-plc business).
You should be able to find out how much the property transaction was because the Land Registry records the transaction value on the land title register - once the new owner records the transaction with the LR - however this has no bearing on the valuation of the overall business.
