Your thoughts on customer service? What do you know about banking and what "this company" offers? Why do you think you're suited for this job? What can/will you offer to this job? Would you want to undergo further training? Your experience with computer systems, they may ask if you have any knowledge of specific applications/systems etc... they could ask just about anything, even current news issues etc, what you think is important to the customer etc.
They'll be looking for answers from you that demonstrates your ability, your keeness and willingness to work together in a team and deal with customers politely and efficiently. Good luck!

Best of luck!
