Are you able to tell what a transaction is from the code. I have a savings account and an amount has left the account with the following code underneath.

B/CVIS16
C F U BP

I think it's unusual to have such transactions out of a savings account. Have any payments gone out before?
Maybe a payment has been taken from this account by your bank under set-off arrangements if there wasn't enough to cover payments due from your current account.

Eventually got hold of the bank when the Indian call centre stopped hanging up on me. It was a visa payment that was supposed to have gone from my current account. Funds were in the current account so they couldn't explain why it went from the savings. I think they did it on purpose for my moaning about them last weekend.
Maybe it was linked to last weekend's issue where some DDs were due to go out from your account
