Why do so many people leave the house on a morning without having breakfast? I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing, it's sets me up for the day. The excuse that they don't have time is a load of rubbish, just get out of bed earlier.
I have occasionally been on a drugs regime that meant I needed to eat at regular intervals. It was hell, forcing myself to eat when I wasn't hungry or ready to face food was awful.....
I'm retired so no rushing about.
I'm up at nine oclock, drink 2 cuppas, then watch tele while I'm downing my lovely bowl of porridge. Cant go without porridge as i have no desire to eat anything else. Porridge 7 dys a week. yum yum
As a 14 year old my son used to get up at 5.00 a.m. to go and mark up the papers ready for the delivery boys. For a couple of years he would have his 'breakfast' before he went to bed to save time in the working!
