Mothersday...
2 Answers
Like a lot of people, I wanted to spend some quality time with my mother on this special day yesterday.
My Mums in a nursing home and in her 90s and always looks forwards to my visits.
What makes the visits difficult, is one of the residents continuously shouts abuse at anyone who walks past her room, which is situated right at the entrance of the wing, so everyone who enters the corridor (staff/visitors) is subjected to a barrage of of abuse.
I realize that people need to be tolerant of this but I feel that it would be better for everyone if the resident was moved to the other end of the corridor, where fewer people walk by.
