My husband has been having a "relationship" with somone overseas through the internet. He now has severe financial problems and I am paying all the bills here Is it possible to divorce someone even if they live in the same house (Its rented Housing association the only thing in joint names)

As far as I am aware yes it is possible. Quite a few couples do this for financial reasons.

First thing you have to do is get legally seperated, that way from that date you wont be held jointly responsible for any debts he runs up.
