I'm a single mom of a 2 yr old girl and my parents have been planning on trying to prove me as an unfit parent to get custody of her. i told them i was moving out of state and they said i could but my daughter couldnt all they have is grandparent rights right? is there anything i can do to make sure they dont get my daughter cause im a great mom according to everyone else theyre just hurt i guess that we're moving

If the g.parents report you as unfit then both will lose the children as they will be taken into care.

Just grab your kids and go - they're yours and no-one can stop you if you're caring for them well.
