How Do You Break It To Your 4 Year Old You Have Killed Their Gold Fish

Something bad happened earlier I was cleaning out Goldy's little bowl. When I was trying to put him into the same temperature water he slipped out of my hand and straight down the basin waste. I quickly unscrewed the bend and thank god he was there. I put him in the bowl but he wasn't moving. Anyway to cut a long story short I ended up wedging him in the little house and we have told Jeffery that he is just asleep. It was around 2 hours ago and Goldy still hasnt moved. He must be dead but we will wait till morning I suppose to make sure. I don't even know the French word for aquarium and I certainly havent seen one out here. We won him from a circus around 5 months ago. If he is still there in the morning should I get rid of Goldy and tell Jeffery he escaped?

It's the bricolage LeClerc's that have the pets sections not the general food/household goods ones and I can't promise that they all do but the one near me in Parthenay has quite an extensive pet shop.

I think its best to openly deal with death as soon as possible -and hopefully with something like a fish rather than a grandma or granddad

I can't imagine how playing on a seesaw with a dead gold fish isnt going to scar you mentally for the rest of your days but Yes the park is a good idea. Actuall we live pretty close to a lake we could go and drop him in even better!

shoota well I will go have a closer look. To me it looks more like a super market as people come out with trollies of food etc but there is also an electric one and I think some garden center one all in close proximity but never been in. I think it might be the latter one you mean so will try there.

Prudie its one of those where the plug is controlled by a handle so if you take it out its just a hole. Anyway we cant change it we are in a hotel kind of place

Right at the bottom near the spain border. If the property prices were lower we would stay here permanently!
