What Is A 'legitimate' Post As Shown On User Profile?

Apparently after 10 more 'legitimate' posts I can have an avatar if I want one. Moreover what is an 'illegitimate' post. Answers on a postcard pls.

I'm genuinely mystified. I have a gravatar linked to my email address and yes its a leaky petcock sign but I can't activate it on here as when I try to I get the message I have to wait two more days and have 10 more legitimate posts before I can activate it, hence my question.

Gravatar has imported it when you joined but you'll have to fulfil AB's terms before it will show on your posts.

AB's often server seems to insert random avatars in the profiles of members who've not yet got their own. As a moderator, I often have to go to the profile of a new member who's clearly a spammer (in order to ban them) and I've been surprised to see an avatar (other than the standard 'jelly babies') shown there, even though the spammer only joined the site a few minutes earlier and has made only a single post.

So the 'leaky petcock' (which I can also see) may actually have nothing to do with Sparkplugz.

Mcfluff I've tried logging back in but the pink people remain. Not that bothered really it will sort itself out or not.

Just a point Plugz. The "jelly" people will remain unless the email you used with Gravatar( Worldpress) is the same as your AB email. I think.
