My grandchildren all pronounce it haitch. It seems as though they pick it up from the school playground.

aitch......haitch really gets to me!
Aitch, I'm a Scot
huh
Look it up in a dictionary - it's spelled "aitch".
aitch (which is the correct punctuation)
Surely a dialect thing, I do pronounce the capital of the letter aitch.
I try to stick to Witch. Sometimes an haitch slips out....My sister is obsessed with putting people right who don't pronounce it properly!..
Aitch for Hotel. I speak in phonetics. :-)
Probably passed on by some Chav yummy mummy who only speaks estuary English. :-(
^^^^^
Aitch!!
I say Haitch occasionally, trying to be posh.
Tilly....."punctuation"....not the right word, though!
Haitch
I'm sure that's a short journey Sharon.
I'm multi-tasking, Ginge!

Pronunciation. :-)

Aitch, from all here
Hmmm.

Odd.

To ensure I provide the correct answer I've just said the start of the alphabet out loud and I've heard myself saying "A B C D E F G aitch".

However when I've started recited the alphabet from H I've heard myself saying "Haitch I J K . . . ".

So it seems that I use both!
Aitch.
Northerners have been known to drop the odd"h" - I find it quite bizarre that some people ADD a spurious one.
It's an aitch from me.
Getting there arksided, getting there!!
