Kidney Problems, Anyone Have Same ?

went for scope last week and bladder all good, had kidney scan but nothing showed up but doctor said i didnt have enough fluid in me to get good view, also had my prostsare felt or raped more like lol , ive to get MRI or CT scan in 2 weeks time
yesterday i was very weak and feverish, no power, urine is like colour of dark coke cola colour, today i feel same , joints and bones aching.
does this sound like kidney disease ? what can i do about it ? my own doctors still feeding me full of anti infammatory drugs wach week for gout so surely he shouldnt be giving me these ?
incidentally every time doctor has taken bloods over the years and said my kidneys were malfucnctioning / playing up i used to have the same feverish weak sickness with my urine turning dark red/black

You will have to wait for your MRI to determine the cause.
Yes, certain NSAIDs are nephrotoxic (damage the kidney) but way down the list of probable causes of kidney damage, so if you have gout, then continue with the treatment. To complicate matters further.......gout can cause kidney disease ( gouty nephropathy).

Drink plenty and wait for the results of your MRI scan.
If you become feverish, and/or shivering, then contact your doctor.

just developed some pain in my back plus now passing urine is sore, urine is more red bloodier
CAT scan this thursday, cant get appointment with my doctor untill another 2 weeks , doctor must be useess as he proscribing me more meds than before even though he should be thinking of not damaging my kidneys any further
