I usually go to bed around 10.00pm but by the time I have finished flossing, brushing, abluting, cleansing, moisturising, medicating and making up the bed, it's nearly 11.00pm.

No wonder I am always tired. How can it take an hour to get ready for bed? What's your night time routine? Any different from mine?

Brush teeth, remove clothes, sleep.
Go at ten as well. Wash, clean teeth, get into pyjamas then bed. Read for a while, go to sleep. Bed is already made.
I do take a good 15 minutes - blanket switched on, apply cleanser, clean teeth, remove cleanser with a pad, use a facewash, apply lash serum, face serum, moisturiser, fill hot water bottle. Get into a bed and maybe apply one coat of nail polish. Husband is the same as Douglas.
Brush teeth, change into pyjamas , arrange self with cats, go to sleep. Takes about 5 minutes.
Strip, sniff, scratch, sleep.
5 minutes for me too! Loo, brush teeth whilst on loo, undress boom into ready made bed.
I sleep on the loo, saves time upfront and during the night....
What a palaver some folk have. Brush teeth, have a p, undress and into ready made bed.
Same as douglas9401. Nothing else needed.

brush clothes, remove teeth, lie awake.

At bedtime jamas on, take meds, moisturise, a bit of light weightlifting and stretching, earplugs in, read for a bit, light out, hope for sleep, try to move cat off my neck.
I have my shower early evening, so I'm already in my jammies. I wait as late as possible before taking Sally out. Then I have to wait as she may walk around the lounge numerous times. As she does that, I turn the under sheet electric blanket on, cleanse and brush, make a drink. When she's stopped pacing, I put puppy pads down. Then I go to bed and read/surf the net for a while.
brush teeth, jammies on, dogs out for a wee, wee, sleep. brushing takes two minutes, flossing another two.
Funny how no one mentions jiggie jiggies....
Prudie, I apologise now but I expected "...in the cracks ..." after the word "fill" !

Obviously I was judging you by my own standard. Sweet dreams ;)
Teeth, PJs and bed, listen to Alexa till I’m sleepy, usually LBC, shower each morning

Perhaps I am taking too much care of myself... My teeth are really important to me. It takes at least 10 minutes to sort out my pearly whites and then there's the rest of me to deal with.

Sharon, how can you brush your teeth whilst on the loo? What about the dribbles?
Tilly, why do you have to make the bed up?
Le you’re toothbrush here, I don’t moisturise either , I’ll use a facial cream when I’ve had my morning shower and Avon dry oil for my legs and arms etc
