I am on Continuous/Sequential HRT (Femoston 1/10) - due to awful Night Sweats and Menopause symptoms (its fantastic!) - The HRT brings back a regular monthly bleed. How will I know when I am actually through the Menopause?

Stop taking the HRT and if your menopausal symptoms and your periods don't return........then you are through the menopause.
If they return......then you are not and you can decide if you want togoback on HRT. Continue on this regime for a couple of years and then cease and see what happens.
If necessary you can continue this regime on and off for years and if necessary for the rest of your life.
