If parents want their children to go in pubs with them that's ok as long as they are not left to roam about where they like. I've been in many a child friendly pub where I've nearly been mown down by hoards of screaming kids running about nearly knocking people flying while many of the parents find it funny and can't be bothered as long as they can have fags and beer etc. So sometimes yes I am afriad I like to go to a child free zone with my husband for a quiet drink. My parents took us out when we were small but we had to behave and were not allowed to run about please remember it's a pub and not your back garden
No kids for a start.
Anyone who thinks pubs and kids mix is a fool!
I see little kiddies running around my local where most of the customers stand with their pints in their hands all it takes is for one of them to drop the pint and it lands on some kiddies head......
I wonder who the parents would blame? not themselves or the kiddy I bet!
