I would like to visit England this summer, but I'm pregnant (my expecting date of delivry is 10 August 2006, so is it possible to give birth in England for me as tourist (I have tourist visa valid for 2 years)?

Is the delivry free? if not, How much will cost me?

what else I should know before I come to England regarding this matter?
