Dear Sir,
I would like to know if there is any complication that the parents with similar blood group may face,m while concieving or giving birth?

I don't think there are any problems with similar blood groups.

The most common problem is if the mother is rhesus negative (15% population) and the father is rhesus positive (85% population)

In this case the baby may be rhesus positive and there can be problems

im rhesus negative and so was my ex,and so is my son.
Well PF I'm sure that should you have another child by a man who's positive there's the possibility of problems.

Even so it's not as bigger problem as it used to be and the hospitals are very used to dealing with it
I didnt realise as my mum and my dad are both A rhesus negative as well!!
