When should a 12 year old go to bed on a school night??

Hi my 12 year old daughter is in her bed at 9pm.....she may watch a dvd for 30 mins, depends on how tired she is aftera hard day at the high school, i am not putting up with a moody girl in the morning due to lack of sleep, plus i need my time on my own without a nosey daughter listening in, haha. Everyone is different, her friends stay up till there parents go to bed...my answer to her is "you are not eveyone else" what time do you think?
Weekends she is in her bed no later the 10pm. Different when on holiday or that. Good luck.
